The premiums for your cover/s under the Voluntary Policy will be collected direct debit deductions of your nominated bank account. These deductions will be automatically adjusted to any change in premium or cover that may occur at the annual renewal date of the policy which will be 30 June each year.
Members will also receive notices of insurance at this time advising of any change in premium or cover.
The premiums for your cover are calculated based upon your age, gender , smoker status and level of insurance cover. Premiums will increase at the policy’s annual renewal date of 30 June each year.
Some cover may have additional premium loadings applied due to your health or other circumstances, but you will be informed of this at the time of application and will be given the opportunity to accept or decline the cover.
